I've had 4 massages with Nikki now! And simply put, Nikki has given me the 4 best massages in my life (I don't even know who's in 2nd place, and I've had quite a few massages). When I first came in 2 months ago, my back was riddled with knots everywhere and I had a pinched sciatic nerve. Since then, she's gotten rid of every knot and my nerve hasn't felt better in a long time. Her touch is both intense and gentle at the same time, as she finds and destroys all knots and smooths out every muscle. I couldn't recommend her more! (Hope that's come through!)

Caroline was amazing. I recently broke my arm and have been incredibly tight an uncomfortable and she did an amazing job that has left me feeling so much better while still managing my injury. She was the perfect mix of reading when I wanted to chat and knowing when I wanted to be quiet. Cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be back!

My massage therapist, Hildah was AMAZING. She was so warm and welcoming. We introduced ourselves and talked for a bit. I felt so comfortable immediately. She talked me through the entire experience. She made sure to ask me about the pressure, what I liked and what I didn’t like every step of the way. It was simply the best massage I’ve ever gotten. My whole body feels so relaxed and pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hilda was AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about her technique. I am an avid massage enthusiast and her technique is a mix of Thai massage and deep tissue. Lots of great stretching and deep tissue work and just the sweetest human who deeply cares for her clients. The only downside was 60 mins felt like 10 but that’s how a good massage goes. Hilda was warm and enthusiastic about helping me with neck and shoulder tension. I will be back.
Nikki was amazing! I work for the railroads as a Mechanical Engineer Foreman and we work long hours 12-14. I informed Nikki of my soreness from work, as well as soreness from working out. Nikki recommended a full deep body tissue massage. The massage was superb! Nikki provided great feedback regarding sleeping, stretching, and maintaining stress! Again, thank you Nikki! It was my first time getting a massage so I was a little nervous but Hilda made me feel so comfortable! She was very sweet and constantly checked in on if I was feeling okay with temperature and pressure. My boyfriend has been wanting to get a massage so I will definitely come back again with him! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing massage. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was great with music and low lighting. I could literally feel Hilda relaxing the knots I had in my shoulders! Super great experience 10/10 will be back 🤍
This was my first time receiving a massage from Hilda. I had a lot of knots and was feeling pretty stressed so I booked an appt. She asked me what areas I needed extra focus on which I really appreciated. She also checked in during the massage to ask about pressure (more or less). I really enjoyed my experience and plan on coming back routinely.
I’ve had my share of massages and this was easily the best. Caroline took great care of me I cannot recommend this deep tissue enough. Other massages have never fully taken care of my knots but after my 90 minute massage they are gone.

Danielle and Caroline truly excel at their craft.Finding practitioners who specialize in deep tissue is hard, but look no further - they're at Alpha. The massage was deep tissue, yet therapeutic. I immediately felt muscle tension release and soooo much better after the massage. Both do a great job of checking in on pressure, the temperature of the room and table, all while ensuring that focus areas are addressed.I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great massage with skilled therapists!

I’ve had massages from both Caroline and Danielle and they have been Amazing! It is so hard for me to find therapists that truly do “deep tissue” and the ones I have received at Alpha have been some of the best I’ve ever had.I have chronic hip and lower back issues due to endometriosis and Danielle was able to really get in with deep tissue/alternating techniques and loosen up my muscles. I especially liked the active stretching she had me do during the massage to get the muscles from multiple angles.Caroline can provide varying pressure and give deep tissue while still providing a relaxing experience.I will keep coming back, and definitely recommend either of them for any athlete or person looking for a world class deep tissue massage!

Cam was absolutely exceptional! The extreme deep tissue massage did wonders on my chronic pain that I’ve been experiencing for months. I’ve always had a hard time finding someone to apply enough pressure for deep muscle pain and Cam did not disappoint! I've had 4 massages with Nikki now! And simply put, Nikki has given me the 4 best massages in my life (I don't even know who's in 2nd place, and I've had quite a few massages). When I first came in 2 months ago, my back was riddled with knots everywhere and I had a pinched sciatic nerve. Since then, she's gotten rid of every knot and my nerve hasn't felt better in a long time. Her touch is both intense and gentle at the same time, as she finds and destroys all knots and smooths out every muscle. I couldn't recommend her more! (Hope that's come through!)

Hilda was AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about her technique. I am an avid massage enthusiast and her technique is a mix of Thai massage and deep tissue. Lots of great stretching and deep tissue work and just the sweetest human who deeply cares for her clients. The only downside was 60 mins felt like 10 but that’s how a good massage goes. Hilda was warm and enthusiastic about helping me with neck and shoulder tension. I will be back.

She asked me what areas I needed extra focus on which I really appreciated. She also checked in during the massage to ask about pressure (more or less). I really enjoyed my experience and plan on coming back routinely.
I’ve had my share of massages and this was easily the best. Caroline took great care of me I cannot recommend this deep tissue enough. Other massages have never fully taken care of my knots but after my 90 minute massage they are gone.

It is so hard for me to find therapists that truly do “deep tissue” and the ones I have received at Alpha have been some of the best I’ve ever had.I have chronic hip and lower back issues due to endometriosis and Danielle was able to really get in with deep tissue/alternating techniques and loosen up my muscles. I especially liked the active stretching she had me do during the massage to get the muscles from multiple angles.Caroline can provide varying pressure and give deep tissue while still providing a relaxing experience.I will keep coming back, and definitely recommend either of them for any athlete or person looking for a world class deep tissue massage!

I’ve always had a hard time finding someone to apply enough pressure for deep muscle pain and Cam did not disappoint!
